Gesture Gifting started packing Diwali hampers for one Bengaluru company that had spent three weeks chasing home addresses on a spreadsheet. Everything we have built since is an answer to that three weeks. We work in Bengaluru only, on purpose — it is the whole reason we can promise a delivery date and hold to it.
We take the address problem

A lone mug is merchandise. Sets are curated with a reason for each thing in the box, and priced per unit at volume.

On-date or we credit it
If a consignment misses the delivery date we committed to in writing, that portion of the order is credited against your invoice — no claim form and no investigation period. Damaged units are replaced and reshipped at our cost. We recover from the courier or the vendor, not from you, and the credit note is issued before that recovery closes.
