Shipping & Delivery

Lead times, freight, and what happens when a date slips.

Lead times

Lead time runs from artwork approval, not from the enquiry. Most sets are 10 to 16 working days; leather, engraving and fully bespoke curation run to 20. During the Diwali window all lead times extend by roughly five working days, which is why bulk artwork approval closes on 20 October.

Individual vs bulk despatch

We deliver either to one office address as a counted bulk consignment, or to every recipient's own home address across Bengaluru. Bulk goes out the day production completes; home delivery runs two to three working days and carries a per-address charge, quoted on the proposal rather than added later.

Address collection

For home delivery we send one link to your team. Recipients enter their own Bengaluru address and a delivery window. You get a live completion count, and we chase non-responders twice before the cut-off so your team does not have to. Addresses outside the city are flagged back to you before despatch rather than silently failing.

Where we deliver

We serve Bengaluru only. Everything is packed at our own facility in the city and delivered by our team, which is the reason we can commit to a date in writing rather than quoting a courier’s estimate. We do not currently deliver outside Bengaluru; for recipients elsewhere we can arrange a courier at cost, quoted per consignment and without a delivery-date commitment.

Failed deliveries

Undeliverable parcels are re-attempted twice, then held at our facility for fifteen days and returned to your account manager rather than to you. Re-delivery to a corrected address within Bengaluru is free once per recipient.
