Every price on the site is per unit at the minimum order quantity, before GST. Each set has volume tiers that drop the per-unit price at higher quantities — the tier table is on every product page, and the price you see is the price we quote.

Yes, and most clients do. Shortlist the sets you want, set a quantity against each, and send them as one enquiry. Each set is priced at its own volume tier.

Yes. Request samples from any product page. We despatch samples free on confirmed orders above 500 units; below that they are charged at unit cost plus delivery and credited against the order if you proceed.

Yes. Branding options are listed on each set — laser etch on drinkware, deboss on leather and notebooks, print on packaging, and custom insert cards. Laser etch survives a dishwasher; screen print does not, which is why we default to etch.

10 to 16 working days for most sets, up to 20 for leather, engraving and fully bespoke curation. Lead time runs from artwork approval, not from your enquiry. During the Diwali window add roughly five working days.

Yes, on sets marked personalised. Upload the list once and we engrave or print each unit. You approve a proof before anything is produced.

We substitute an item of equal or higher value in the same category and tell you before despatch. Substitutions never reduce the unit count or the specification of the set.

Bengaluru only. Everything is packed at our own facility in the city and delivered by our team, which is why we can commit to a date in writing. For recipients outside Bengaluru we can arrange a courier at cost, quoted per consignment and without a delivery-date commitment.

Yes. We send one link to your team, recipients enter their own address and a preferred window, and you get a live completion count. We chase non-responders twice before the cut-off. Home delivery takes two to three working days and carries a per-address charge quoted on the proposal.

If a consignment misses the date we committed to in writing, that portion of the order is credited against your invoice. No claim form, no investigation period.

50% against the purchase order and 50% before despatch. Approved accounts on PO-based billing get 30 days from the invoice date.

Yes — one GST invoice for the whole order with your GSTIN, however many recipients it goes to.

Our full document pack — GSTIN, PAN, MSME registration, bank details, cancelled cheque and FSSAI certificate — is on the vendor details page, ready to forward to your procurement team.

Free of charge before artwork approval. After approval, branded stock has no resale value, so cancellation is charged at cost incurred — typically 40% before production starts and 100% once branding is applied. Unbranded sets can be cancelled up to five working days before despatch for a 15% restocking fee.

Yes. Every food product reaches you in its manufacturer's sealed packaging, carrying their FSSAI number and best-before date. We hold a copy of each supplier's FSSAI licence on file and our own registration covers storing, assembling and selling. We do not open, decant or repack food.

Chocolates and dry fruits. We do not handle fresh produce or perishable sweets, which keeps shelf life long and lets sets be assembled well ahead of a festival date.
