Terms of Business

The commercial terms that apply to every order.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are valid for 15 working days. All prices are per unit, exclusive of GST, and exclude branding set-up and freight unless the proposal states otherwise. Per-unit pricing is tied to the confirmed order quantity — dropping below the tier you ordered at re-prices the whole order to the applicable tier.

Minimum order quantities

Most sets carry a 25 or 50 unit minimum; event and giveaway sets start at 250 or 500. We do not sell single units, and we do not break sets into component items.

Substitution

Where a component becomes unavailable we substitute an item of equal or higher value in the same category and notify you before despatch. Substitutions never reduce the unit count or the specification of the set.

Branding and artwork

You warrant that you own or are licensed to use the artwork supplied. We produce against the digital proof you approve; colour on physical product may vary slightly from screen, and we will send a physical sample on orders above 500 units before production.

Service area

Orders are accepted for delivery within Bengaluru. We will say so before quoting if any part of a brief falls outside that, rather than accepting the order and sub-contracting it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
