Privacy Policy

Most of the personal data we touch belongs to your employees, not to you.

What we collect from you

Your name, work email, phone number and company details for the quote, the order and the invoice. Payment is by bank transfer or PO — we do not hold card details.

Recipient data

Where we collect delivery addresses from your employees or clients, we act as a processor on your behalf. Addresses and phone numbers are used for that despatch only. We never market to recipients, never add them to a list, and never share the collected data with anyone but the courier handling that consignment.

Retention

Recipient addresses are deleted 90 days after the final delivery in a campaign, unless you ask us to retain them for a recurring standing order. Delivery confirmations are retained for 12 months for dispute resolution.

Your obligations and ours

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to share employee data with us; we are responsible for processing it only on your instructions. A data processing addendum is available on request and is signed as part of vendor onboarding.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to access, correct or delete data. We respond within 30 days as required under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
